Curiate documentation

Curiate is a place to show your work, hang shows with other artists, and sell originals directly to the people who want them. These pages explain how each part works, step by step.

Curiate runs as an iPhone app and as a web app at curiate.com/app. The same account works in both, and everything described here works on the web unless a page says otherwise.

Three ways people use Curiate.

  • Artists post work, keep a catalog of it, set prices, and take part in shows.
  • Curators create a show, invite artists, review what comes in, and run the sale. A curator is usually an artist too.
  • Buyers scan a code on the wall or open a link, and pay with a card. No account is needed to buy.

If you are new, start with Getting started. If someone invited you to a show, go straight to Joining a show. If you are putting on a show, read How shows work and then Running a show.
