Curiate ("we", "our", or "us") operates the Curiate mobile app and website at curiate.com. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and your rights regarding that information.
When you create an account and use Curiate, we collect:
We do not use your information for advertising, and we do not sell your data to third parties.
Content you post to Curiate (posts, profile photos, collection descriptions) is visible to other users according to your account settings. If your profile is public, your posts and collections are visible without an account.
We do not claim ownership of your content. You retain all rights to work you post.
We do not integrate analytics platforms, ad networks, or tracking SDKs.
We retain your account information and content for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, your personal information and content are removed from our systems within 30 days, except where retention is required by law (for example, records related to completed financial transactions).

Curiate is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, contact us and we will delete it.
We may update this policy as the service evolves. We will notify registered users by email if we make material changes. The effective date at the top of this page reflects the most recent update.
